Click Apply, and youre done. i tried unsubscribing a few times through the email preference center / 'unsubscribe link' in those marketing emails but i keep receiving emails. AFter the reset, try setting up using the browser and not the app. Under Router Information, make sure that your router’s IP Address is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. Your routers current firmware does not support Live Parental Controls. Were making sure you have firmware that supports Live Parental Controls. Who is censoring your or trying to suppress the truth? Have you had your posts deleted anywhere in this forum? Has anyone told you not to post about certain topics? Why do you think OpenDNS would disable your account when you are complaining about a different company entirely? When I click on parental controls in my updated NetGear genie, it says my firmware does not support Live Parental Controls, and says the following: Checking router firmware.
